One pf our policy is to be as open as possible with our clients. As such we are listing out the prices on transport on our website.

We offer free on-site Assessment for our clients. This means that when you call us to give a quote, we are able to send a team of plumber over to access the situation and give you a proper quote without charging any transport cost at all. Therefore you will be able to get a free no obligation quote from us.

This will ensure that the price given to you is accurate and will not be marked up. At the end, we want you to be comfortable with the price set before we begin work.

Details of Transport charges as follows:

Mon - Sat

8am - 6pm: Free, $0

6pm onward: $10

Sun and Public Holiday

Whole Day(except the following charges below): $10

Midnight Transport charge*:

After 10: $20

After 11: $30

*applies everyday.

Do note that the transport charges goes to the plumber whom visit you and our company do not earn a cent from it. This is because they are the one whom sacrifice their time and effort to work after office hour. We hope you can understand that this minimal charge is needed as a little token of thanks to them for sacrificing their time.
