1. How do i know if your plumber is reliable?

We are one of the few plumber website available online that list both our PUB license number as well as our ACRA registration number. This is to assure you that our company is not a solo business whereby we can conduct "hit n run" plumbing work.

2. How much would the cost of hiring your plumbers?

The cost of our plumber repair work are based on the total work to be done. We do not charge by per hour but by per job.

3. How do i know that the plumber are charging me properly?

All repair work comes with a receipt. By giving a receipt, all charges are written down in black and white. We advise you to keep your receipt properly as the warranty period is given on the receipt too.

4. Would the plumber charge me a different amount from what was agreed?

No. As stated above a receipt would be given as such you should only pay the agreed amount. You would be informed the amount to be charged after the assessment and before the work starts.

6. Why can't your company commit a price over the phone?

This is because it is impossible for us to know the work to be done just by verbal description. The same theory applies to your body. Would you just call in to a doctor and give him a verbal description over the phone and expect him to give you a exact diagnosis? Well the doctor would not be able too do it even with years of studying. As such our company is not prepared to over commit and under deliver to our clients.

7. What are the procedures involved when hiring your plumber?

  1. Call in to make an appointment at 1800 8332133 or 8199 3422
  2. Inform us of the problem you are facing so that we can prepare the right equipment
  3. Plumber arrives at your place for assessment and inform you the charges for the repair
  4. If charges are agreeable, plumber begins repair work
  5. Payment is made after repair is done and you are satisfied with the result
  6. Warranty is written on the receipt. Do call the after sales hotline provided on the receipt for follow up.

8. How do i know if the plumber is from your company?

We can arrange for the plumber to call you before going up to your home.

9. How many days in advance do i have to make an appointment?

Due to the nature of work, we are able to respond to most cases in 30 minutes - 1 hour. As such 1 hour notice or more would be sufficient.

10. The plumber is late. What do i do?

Just drop us a call and inform us of your address so we can check the schedule for the plumber assigned to your case and we will be able to follow up from there.
